This is the essence of Agrenco Group's business and comprises contracting, financing and monitoring the product from crop through to shipping and distribution. Agrenco finances harvests with funds and provides fertilizer inputs on the basis of advance purchases for post-harvest exports. In 2004 the company originated about 1 million tons of soy, 90% of them in Mato Grosso, where Agrenco runs operational teams throughout the region. In 2005, Agrenco originated a total of 1.6 million tons, with the same proportion in Mato Grosso.

With a database of more than 3,000 growers, Agrenco provides daily positions in the course of growing and production, including prices, locations, stocks, and trends. This generates trust and speed in cereal trading and marketing. Agrenco's specialized consulting services allow it to develop customized products with grains segregated by color, protein content index, with or without GMOs or origin, based on modern traceability designs.

Another service is management of own or third-party storage facilities with optimization of space, time and costs. Performance metrics provide solid guarantees for our customers.

Agrenco also takes care of the integrity of cargoes from origin to port. Agrenco's trained professionals and experts take care of storage and transport at all times seeking efficiency in operationalization of contracts and reducing costs from origin through to shipment.

In addition to its Mato Grosso operation, Agrenco also manages origination of partners' cereals from Mato Grosso do Sul, Paraná, Santa Catarina, and Rio Grande do Sul, and from other South American countries, mainly Paraguay, Argentina, Bolivia, and Chile, on the basis of partnerships and structured and integrated arrangements.

Customers may access all the Group's operational capabilities, such as purchase and sale of products, financing, fertilizer imports, certification, road and rail transport logistics, port operations and marine transport. Agrenco will monitor all documentation and execution of operations through to delivery of merchandise and final payment. The same facilities and integrated services are features of Agrenco's operations in the Northern Corridor (Maranhão, Tocantins and Piauí), which started in late-2005.
