Agrenco runs logistics structures for distribution in Europe and Asia. Operations rely on the partnership with Agrenco Chartering & Shipping, which operates as Agrenco's arm for international logistics and charters. Its central port is Rotterdam, with direct cargo Panamax vessels, but it also operates with the ports of Lorient, in France; Ravena and Venice, in Italy, and Koper, in Slovenia. In Europe alone, Agrenco has more than 700 active customers.

With its bases in France, Italy, and the United Kingdom, the soy and bran distribution business in Europe has been built on continuity and good relationships with customers. Activities include direct sale to final consumers, development of new markets, competitive tariffs (negotiated with the main port terminals and distribution centers), financing lines, and integrated market and field data.
Operations in Asia are coordinated by Agrenco Singapore, which was set up to build closer relations with Asian partners and offer differentiated services for customers in the region in relation to all the integrated services provided by the Group.
